Here we have a stunning mens Tissot Tissonic Electronic circa 1970’s. It’s just had a brand new battery fitted and runs perfectly. The watch itself is in excellent condition, there’s a few light scratches but this is most likely from storage over the years. It doesn’t look like it’s seen much use at all. More details below;
The watch has a superb looking dial with an exceptional looking pattern in the centre. Condition wise the dial is flawless as shown, the lume on the hands is worn however this is common due to them being coated in tritium.
The Crystal has some minor light scratches but mainly on the left hand side especially near the 9 o’clock marker. These could be polished out if needed but they are hard to see.
The stainless steel case looks great and suits the rest of the watch perfectly. Theres some very light scratches which looks to be more from storage but nothing major at all.
The crown is the original and works just as it should along with the quickset date feature.
The watch is sat on its original Tissot bracelet which will fit a wrist sized 7 3/4 inches. The reference is 2034-40801.32 and It works absolutely fine! It’s in exceptional condition and bar a few light scratches it’s perfect.
This watch is a quartz watch, it runs off a battery however it sweeps like an automatic watch. This technology was mostly used by Bulova & Omega in this era.
