We accept items of all conditions from broken to working, boxed or unboxed etc

Offers are calculated based on the condition shown in the photos you submit. It's important to describe the item the best you can and send clear pictures of the item and what it comes with.

If the item we receive isn't as described we have the right to withdraw or amend the offers given. If you don't like the new offer or the offer is withdrawn then the item will be dispatched straight back to you with a £15 fee. This fee covers the cost of postage and time spent inspecting the item. For items valued over £750 and additional fee will be added to cover the cost of postage insurance to ensure the item gets back to you safely. If you chose the quote via PayPal G&S you will be responsible to provide a return label with the appropriate cover.

It's completely your choice! If you want payment upfront before the item is sent we will pay via PayPal Goods & Services. If you're happy to send the item first so we can inspect it we can pay directly via bank transfer or PayPal Family & Friends. Using the 2nd option you wont receive any fees on the transaction.
