Returns Policy
At Tick Tock Watches we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, that's why we offer a 14 day return policy from the arrival date providing our criteria is met. For any returns please fill in our contact form and select 'Return' in the drop down box. Attach your order number and reason for the return if possible and we'll send you our return address. Any returns must meet the following criteria;
- Must be in the exact same condition that it was dispatched in along with its tags, papers or anything else it came with.
- If any components are missing the return will be denied, this includes things like spare links etc.
The item is the buyers responsibility until it's back with us. We recommend using a tracked service with appropriate insurance. If the return is denied we will ship the item back to the buyer, you may be asked to cover this cost.
Processing Refunds
Once the returned item is received & inspected we will issue your refunded within 2 working days (We'll aim for the same day). Once issued it may take a further few days to show up in your account.

Any returns outside of the 14 day window will be at our discretion so please contact us.
