Here we have a beautiful Mens must de Cartier tank watch. This is the bigger size but could easily be worn by either a man or women depending on the size you like your watches. The watch has a mechanical hand wind movement which is running smoothly and keeps great time, within 30 seconds when tested over 24 hours. More details below!
This watch has a gorgeous lacquer dial in a nice tortoiseshell styled colour. These dials are known to crack leaving a spider web styled pattern when it catches the light. It looks stunning as we’ve tried to show, this is completely normal!
The crystal is nice & clean and gives you a great view of the dial below.
The case of this watch is made from sterling silver and then is gold plated giving it a beautiful finish. There’s some light scratches which you’d expect of any pre owned watch but nothing major whatsoever as shown. On the caseback the plating is a little worn, you could have this replated however as it’s on the reverse side you can’t see it while wearing.
The crown is the original & has the famous blue gem on the end. It’s an iconic Cartier design and works absolutely fine just as you’d expect. The plating on this is slightly worn as shown but again you could have it replated if it’s a major problem for you.
The watch is sat on a non standard brown leather strap which will fit a wrist sized up to around 7 inches or smaller. The strap itself is in great condition with plenty of life left. It’s a 18mm strap which is 1mm bigger than its lug width so is a little tight but does work fine.
This watch is a mechanical watch, this means it needs to be wound for it to work. Please know this when buying!
This is for the watch and it’s Cartier pouch as shown. These are quite small and unfortunately doesn’t have its original cushion but do work to store the watch!
